Welcome Back! January 5 - January 9

 

Test Information

Something new! We will have both a History and Science test this week. We will be reviewing Monday and Tuesday. Students will start the test on Wednesday and then have until Friday to complete. So in theory they will complete what they can each day and then have additional time to study what information they need too. 

• History Quiz 10: Monday, Jan. 05 (will complete as a class) 
• Language Quiz 14: Tuesday, Jan. 06 (will complete as a class) 
• Science Test 5: Will start on Wed. 01/07 and need to finish by Friday 01/09
• History Test 6: Will start on Wed. 01/07 and need to finish by Friday 01/09
• Spelling and Vocabulary Pre-Test (List 16) - Thursday, Jan. 08
• Spelling and Vocabulary Test (List 16) - Friday, Jan. 09
• Language Test 7: Friday, Jan. 09 (review pages will come home 01/08)
• Arithmetic Quiz 15: Friday, Jan. 09 (will complete as a class) 
• NO Memory Verse this week!  

Homework

Monday (01/05)

Science: Start Studying for Test 5!

History: Start Studying for Test 6!

Copies of Quizlets will come home Monday.

Tuesday (01/06)

Spelling: Write List 16 twice on notebook paper.

Vocabulary: Write vocabulary words x2 and definitions 1 time on notebook paper.

Science/History: Continue studying! 

Thursday (01/08)

Study for Spelling and Vocabulary Test along with Science/History if needed! 

*If a student does not complete a worksheet in class it will be sent home as homework that evening. Please be sure to check your child's folder every evening (with the exception of Wednesday) and ask them if they have homework!!

**Updated** Christmas Play Information!!

 

All 4th graders need to wear a black long-sleeve shirt, black pants and black socks!! 

Students need to report to school at the regular time on December 15. Immediately after the morning performance, school will be dismissed. 

Students need to return by 6:30 PM for the evening performance.
